About Contentsquare

Contentsquare is a leading provider of a digital experience analytics platform. We are committed to the highest legal and ethical standards in all aspects of our business and expect the same standards from our employees, suppliers, and partners. Content Square SAS (parent company) is headquartered in France. In the UK, Contentsquare operates via its UK subsidiary Content Square Ltd. Contentsquare is dedicated to address the risk of any form of human trafficking, modern slavery or forced labour within our organisation and supply chain.

Our Supply Chain

As a SaaS provider, we have a limited supply chain and the majority of our suppliers provide us with software, hardware and other technology-related services. We consider ourselves to have a minimal risk of being involved in human trafficking, modern slavery or forced labour. Actions taken by Contentsquare to prevent modern slavery

  • Contentsquare’s Supplier Standards (‘’Supplier Standards’’) are acknowledged and signed by our suppliers as part of our supplier on - boarding process and set clear expectations for our suppliers that they should establish policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Supplier Standards and all applicable laws and regulations including by not engaging in any form of human trafficking, modern slavery or forced labour.

  • Contentsquare’s Code of Conduct & Business Standards (‘’Business Standards’’) provides a minimum set of standards which should guide all employees, officers and directors of Contentsquare including in respect of modern slavery. All staff members are required to acknowledge that they have received, read and understood the Business standards and that they agree to comply with such Business Standards.

  • Contentsquare provides training on the Business Standards to all staff members.

  • As part of our ongoing risk assessment and due diligence processes we will consider whether circumstances warrant us carrying out audits of suppliers.

Reporting

Contentsquare employees are encouraged to report any violations, suspected violations or concerns. We will thoroughly investigate all reports and ensure appropriate measures are taken by consulting with Contentsquare’s Legal Team. Such measures may include reporting information to the relevant authorities or if required terminating our relationship with the supplier.
